In today’s fast pace world, I know how challenging it can to prepare wholesome, healthy meals that taylor to your family’s Individualized dietary needs.
That’s why I have created repertoire of 35 recipes, that cover over six different dietary restrictions, all in one sitting!
All my meals are keto friendly, gluten-free, diabetic, friendly, air fried, high protein and low carb!
I also offer a plant-based recipes upon request!
Everything is made fresh to order and freezes well!

HOW IT WORKS
All my meals come in two sizes:
Service for six servings or
Service for three servings, per order
You simply place your order each week from Thursday to Sunday for pick up the following Monday or Tuesday!
There are two locations for pick ups :
Mondays in Melville ( off round swamp rd ) or Tuesdays at Commack Trader Joe’s
PRICES
Service for six servings tray :
Chicken or eggplant trays $46.00
Beef entrées $48.00
Fish entrées $55.00 to $58.00
I also offer Combo trays: ( 2 entree choices in one tray ) $55.00 per tray
